According to Mind Tools, self – sabotage is any behavior that undermines your success despite your values, dreams, or wishes. How often do you sabotage your plans?
While you may think never, people sabotage their dreams every day. It often looks like a long list of unfinished tasks or too much to do, aimlessly working towards a destination with no clear plan of how to get there. Then top that off with self-sabotaging thoughts and you have created a solid recipe for disaster.
