Digital Product Licenses
Joyful Living Publications, operating under Coach Billie C, offers the following license types for our digital publications and other digital products:
- Personal Use License: This non-transferable license grants the purchaser the right to use the digital product solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized sharing, reselling, or modifying the product is strictly prohibited under this license.
- Commercial Use License: This license authorizes the purchaser to utilize the digital product for commercial purposes within their business operations or to create products for sale, subject to any specified limitations such as number of projects, revenue caps, etc. Complete terms will be provided.
- Creative Commons Licenses: Select products are offered under Creative Commons licensing to permit varying levels of sharing, modification, and commercial use in accordance with attributed conditions such as:
- Requirement for creator attribution
- Restriction to non-commercial use only
- Other provisions outlined in the applicable Creative Commons license
- Rights Managed License: This license grants the purchaser the right to use the product within expressly defined parameters related to duration, geographic region, media type, and other stated limitations. All permissible use cases and restrictions will be delineated in the product description or license agreement provided at purchase. Any intended use not covered requires written approval.
For each purchase, the specific governing license terms will be clearly presented prior to download or access. By obtaining and using any Joyful Living Publications/Coach Billie C digital product, you agree to be bound by the applicable license agreement terms.
